While I do believe that how you think is more important than how you eat, from my experience, my mind has always been it’s clearest and most focused during the times that I’ve eaten the best.

It’s not rocket science that what you put into your body matters and anyone who eats food (every-damn-body) can attest to the fact that they feel certain ways after eating certain foods.

Cleaning up your body has a majestic way of cleaning up your thoughts, and with clear and intentional thoughts you put yourself in the driver’s seat of your behavior and ultimately your life.
