Are annual checkups actually preventing illnesses? If so, why are most people still finding themselves sick after religiously keeping up with years of annual checkups?
But no one talks about the number of false-positive diagnoses and lifelong prescription drug use that come from all of these so-called preventative care visits.
Do we care about intentional actions that produce positive results, or are we more concerned about doing what we've been told is productive? The hell with the results?
